Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Expansion Representative based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial remote work.

The role focuses on expanding our merchant network by approaching restaurants, cafs, bakeries, and food outlets to join our platform.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with merchants and customers
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to provide Training and support to partners and team members
• Proficiency in using technology platforms and applications
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work setting
• Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in reducing food waste
