Role Overview

We are looking for driven and people-oriented individuals to join Xenwealth as Sales Specialist.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, learning about financial well-being, and guiding clients toward better financial clarity. You will be exposed to client engagement, needs discovery, solution presentation, business development, and long-term relationship management within a professional financial advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building - Connect with individuals, families, and working professionals to understand their goals, concerns, and financial priorities.

Needs Discovery & Financial Conversations - Learn how to ask meaningful questions, identify gaps, and guide clients through structured financial discussions.

Solution Presentation - Present suitable financial well-being solutions in areas such as protection planning, legacy distribution, and long-term financial strategies.

Business Development & Prospecting - Build and manage a personal pipeline through referrals, networking, events, social media, and community engagement.

Follow-Up & Client Servicing - Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects, ensuring professional follow-up and relationship continuity.

Event & Market Engagement - Participate in client events, education sessions, career previews, and business development initiatives.

Personal Branding & Digital Presence - Develop confidence in presenting yourself professionally through social platforms, content ideas, and relationship-based marketing.

Professional Growth & Leadership Exposure - Build practical skills in communication, planning, accountability, entrepreneurship, and team development.
