Sales Supervisor (based in Ipoh)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review sales progress against sales objectives during weekly meetings and monitor the quality and consistency of service delivery.
• Ensure clear communication and compliance with product pricing and promotional strategies, and communicate any changes to team members promptly.
• Track sales targets and performance metrics for subordinates while providing support in identifying and resolving internal and external issues.
• Support the successful execution of core operations, including delivery, backroom management, merchandising, and equipment coordination.
• Ensure all Sales Representatives consistently monitor and follow up on customer payment status.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, leads, and customer visits to drive sales opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Traditional Trade.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team toward achieving sales targets.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and relevant software applications.
