Job Description

Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Support Admin. The Sales Support will be responsible for customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales operations and communicating with clients and other internal staff. The role is located in Seri Kembangan.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating interest in the product or services offered
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Meet and surpass the sales quotas established by the company. 

Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Sales Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 
  • Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.

Qualifications

  • Min. requirement of Diploma or Degree and equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Independent, self-motivated & good in time management.
