We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, engineering, and customers by managing requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication to drive business success.

Impact You Will Make

• Communicate to Sales and (Key) Account Manager with support by engineering to manage customer requests and requirements
• Management of Sales and (Key) Account Manager requests and compilation of offers
• Lead to follow-up actions, offer tracking, information gathering
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing department to analyze the requirements of the customers and draw up the exact specifications
• Prepare and issue quotations for company's product
• Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up quotations issues
• Any tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

Our Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to manage relationship and communication skills with Sales Department
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Skills/Technical Requirements:
• Understand/learn the working-priciples of IC test handlers
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints
• Use common tools and mechanical fixtures
• Possess Electro-Mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use diagnostic terminal at advanced level
• A team player, ability to work with people across different departments
