SALES SUPPORT ENGINEERS

Job Scope: -

Responsible for functional and technical elements of company's range of products.

Provide support on technical and engineering enquiries.

Assisting in technical support and product selection to customers including demonstration.

Monitor warranty claims.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Familiar and able to operate 2D/3D CAD Designs with Auto Cad.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Exposure to power transmission or automation related industries is an added advantage.

1-2 years of related work experience.

Able to communicate in English, BM & Mandarin (optional).
