Position Overview
This role supports our sales team in lead generation and client outreach. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting structured outreach, and setting appointments for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and messaging (scripts provided)
- Engage prospects and set appointments for the Sales Team
- Update and maintain records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or lead generation
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and speaking to new people
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English is required; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
