Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, reports, claims & contracts.
- Order Processing: Manage the order processing system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and sales transactions.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports, including tracking sales performance, monitoring targets, and forecasting.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the system, ensuring all client information and transaction details are correctly logged.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client communications, and contract terms.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing sales-related correspondence.
- Other Adhoc task/report required by Superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales administrative role or similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with order processing and customer service is a plus.
