Overview

This role focuses on customer onboarding, WMS/OMS system coordination, contract administration, and billing support to ensure smooth implementation of warehouse clients after deal confirmation.

You will act as the key coordinator between Sales, Warehouse Operations, IT/System Team, and Finance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bukit Raja for a Sales Support Executive. Requires you to provide support to Business Develpment and cross departmental. Work closely with Warehouse Operations and System/IT teams during implementation. Track contract approval, signing status, and renewal timelines. Coordinate with Finance for billing accuracy and payment follow-up.
