Job Summary
The Sales Support Executive provides administrative and coordination support to the Assistant Manager and/or Head of Sales. This role helps to ensure smooth sales operations by handling documentation, updating systems, and assisting with communication and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and handle sales documents (e.g., memos, LOAs).
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Assist with sales materials and simple presentations.
- Sales Coordination
- Assist in arranging meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth processes.
- Assist to follow up loan status on a weekly basis.
- Reporting
- Assist in preparing sales reports for internal and external contribution.
- Tracking of lead management reports.
- Monitor the sales process and provide updates.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 1 year of related work experience.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written
