Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive provides administrative and coordination support to the Assistant Manager and/or Head of Sales. This role helps to ensure smooth sales operations by handling documentation, updating systems, and assisting with communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare and handle sales documents (e.g., memos, LOAs).
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Assist with sales materials and simple presentations.
  • Sales Coordination
  • Assist in arranging meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth processes.
  • Assist to follow up loan status on a weekly basis.
  • Reporting
  • Assist in preparing sales reports for internal and external contribution.
  • Tracking of lead management reports.
  • Monitor the sales process and provide updates.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written
