Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, with a strong focus on order management and coordination with customers and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Order Management (Main Responsibility)
Receive and process purchase orders (PO) in the system
Place orders with suppliers
Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules
Manage shipment schedules
Prepare invoices and delivery documents
Customer Support
Respond to inquiries regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
Support quotation preparation
Handle initial customer complaints (e.g., delivery delays, quantity discrepancies)
Coordination with Suppliers and Singapore Office
Liaise with suppliers (mainly Japanese companies) and regional offices
Check inventory and coordinate delivery schedules, including semiconductor and HDD supply coordination
Confirm product and technical information
Billing and Payment Support
Issue invoices
Follow up on payments
Support monthly closing activities
Data and Inventory Management
Maintain inventory records
Update sales and order data
Prepare monthly reports
Logistics and Import/Export Support (in coordination with Singapore office)
Coordinate with freight forwarders
Manage shipment and delivery schedules
Check import/export documentation (e.g., BL, DO, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Incoterms
Other Duties
Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
MUST TO HAVE
-At least 3 years of experience in sales support handling relevant products in a trading company or manufacturing company.
