As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring dtcpay's growing client base, particularly institutional clients through consistent, high-quality communication across digital channels.

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports individual/corporate revenue growth at dtcpay by managing day-to-day relationships with regulated, high-value individual/corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, usage expansion, and long-term retention across cryptofiat payment and settlement solutions.

This role is a sales support / client operations role, not a business development position. It does not involve sales targets or hunting, but focuses on KYC support, periodic reviews, and responding to client's queries

Work Arrangement: Fully On-site

Office Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

1. Client Servicing & Support

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned individual/corporate clients Handle day-to-day client requests, maintain client records & CRM updates Coordinate account setup, onboarding, documentation Respond to client queries on products, transactions, and processes Maintain strong client engagement post-onboarding to drive activation and volume growth

2. Onboarding & Compliance Coordination

KYC/KYB documentationTransaction flow understandingCompliance clarificationsAct as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Compliance, Risk and Operations)Ensure onboarding timelines are met without compromising regulatory standards

3. Transaction & Operational Support

Support trades, payments, settlements Coordinate with Ops, Treasury, Product Monitor transaction status and flag issues

4. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, client activity, revenue)Prepare client summaries, reports, and internal updatesWork closely with:-Treasury (liquidity & settlement considerations)-Ops (transaction issues, cut-off times)-Compliance (ongoing monitoring)

What are we looking for:

-Language fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as you will need to deal with Chinese customers.

-25 years in B2B/B2C fintech, payments, or banking environments.

-Direct exposure to one or more of: Payment service providers / Crypto exchanges, brokers, or OTC desks / Corporate treasury teams

-Strong attention to detail in onboarding processes, KYC/KYB/AML checks, and client documentation

-Ability to attend to client inquiries and respond accurately and promptly

-Experience working in compliance-heavy or regulated environments (e.g., MAS) is a plus point

-Organizational skills to track and follow up on pending tasks, approvals, or documents

-Clear communication skills for client interactions
