Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Johor Bahru team. This role combines sales growth with customer service support, offering excellent career development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and follow up on new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide pre- and post-sales support - handle inquiries, complaints, and invoicing, and admin tasks
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales reports as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia;Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiar with ERP & CRM systems and MS Office.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to start immediately.
