Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Johor Bahru team. This role combines sales growth with customer service support, offering excellent career development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and follow up on new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide pre- and post-sales support - handle inquiries, complaints, and invoicing, and admin tasks
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia;Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiar with ERP & CRM systems and MS Office.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to start immediately.
