Key Responsibilities
-Provide support and assistance to end-users on Salesforce CRM inquiries and issues.
-Assist the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM-related projects.
-Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM enhancements.
-Collaborate with the Technical Solutions team to resolve system issues and manage change requests.
-Serve as a Salesforce CRM subject matter expert to internal users.
-Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to support data-driven decisions.
-Work with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancement opportunities aligned with business needs.
Requirements
-Experience in supporting internal sales teams with CRM processes.
-Process-oriented and detail-focused.
-Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand both technical and business workflows.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.
