Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Training Executive, based in Shah Alam. The Sales & Training Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions and workshops tailored to client needs. Additional tasks include preparing sales and training materials, driving new initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with various teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Sales and Business Development, including client relationship management and executing sales strategies
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering educational or training programs effectively
  • Competence in public speaking and conducting workshops or training sessions
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for presentations, project management, and data analysis
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in training, education, or sales are advantageous
