Job Description:

  • Provide daily Salesforce administration, including user management, reports, dashboards, flows, and issue resolution.
  • Support system enhancements, regression testing, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client and opportunity data to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data integrity across regions and maintain dashboard.
  • Document processes, SOPs, and maintain accurate platform configuration records.
  • Deliver training and provide ongoing support to users and project teams.
  • Act as a key contact for regional data requests, ensuring consistent reporting and insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform capabilities, data processes, and business alignment

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency tableau (Salesforce), Excel, Power Bi, with experience creating dashboards, data visualizations, data handling and reporting.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural APAC environment.
