Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This is a Consultative Admin position. Working in close partnership with our Salesforce Technical Developer, you will be responsible for the health of our ecosystem while actively partnering with stakeholders to re-engineer business processes. You will serve as the primary Product Advocate, ensuring Logicalis stays ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest Salesforce innovations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Discovery & Elicitation: Conduct discovery sessions with Business Owners to translate pain points into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and User Stories.
  • Process Engineering: Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to ensure Salesforce configurations align with industry best practices.
  • Strategic Roadmap & Feature Advocacy: Proactively monitor Salesforce Seasonal Releases (Spring, Summer, Winter) to identify new features and functionalities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments on adopting new features to enhance CRM business processes.
  • Present Value Propositions to management on how new features can drive efficiency and create business value.

2. Advanced Platform Administration

  • Declarative Automation: Advance-level configuration of Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
  • Regional Security Architecture: Manage a complex, multi-country security model including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Oversee data governance, data quality controls, and change management.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between local end-users, local admins, and technical development teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and own the end-to-end release management cycle.
  • Enablement: Create high-quality training documentation and deliver workshops for new feature rollouts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Salesforce Administration + 2 years in a Functional Analyst role.
  • Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of successfully implementing new Salesforce features from seasonal releases to solve business problems.
  • Technical: Expertise in Flow Builder and Sales Cloud. Experience with Sales Einstein is a significant advantage.
  • Certs: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required); Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred).
