As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising business processes across all markets. You will use a wide range of business solution tools (e.g. CRM, Data Analytics, etc.) to support the scaling and growth of our organization. You will also work closely with our internal ShopBack users including Business Development, Operations, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Document business processes by creating flowcharts, process maps, and UML diagrams.
- Understand stakeholders needs by interviewing them and analyzing data.
- Re-engineer and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support stakeholders by monitoring business metrics and providing training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
- Patient, ability to listen and understand stakeholder concerns.
- Problem solver, ability to break down a business use case into a series of actionable steps.
- Project management skills to manage pipeline, deadlines, prioritisation and process.
- Desire to learn new technologies and tools.
- Optional: Salesforce Certification will be a bonus
