Job Description

1. Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud environments, including Data Streams and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
  • Design and implement identity resolution rules to unify customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define and maintain data strategy.
  • Utilize Calculated Insights to support advanced audience segmentation and analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and governance within the CDP ecosystem. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, unification, and segmentation processes.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and identity resolution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • 4-5 years of experience. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with reports and dashboards.

2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Implement A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and deliver optimal marketing solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Leverage Einstein features (Send Time Optimization, Engagement Scoring, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and modules.
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email development.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, data extensions, and contact management.
  • Experience with Journey Builder and marketing automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and email deliverability best practices.
  • 4-5 years of experience.
