What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for the Salesforce platform and wants to grow their consulting career in a fun and collaborative environment.

You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with clients and senior consultants to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

You will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet our clients business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to balance technical execution with client interaction.

What you may need to succeed:

• 35 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or implementation
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience configuring and customising Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.)
• Exposure to integrations and data migration concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• At least 12 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator) preferred

What you'll be doing:

• Working with clients across the EMEA, ASEAN, and ANZ regions to gather requirements and support solution design alongside senior consultants
• Configuring and customising Salesforce based on agreed solution designs
• Supporting discovery workshops and documenting business requirements
• Assisting in solution design discussions and providing input based on platform capabilities
• Managing change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day support tickets
• Supporting data migration, testing, and deployment activities
• Assisting in training sessions and system rollouts for end users
• Collaborating with developers and senior consultants to ensure best-practice implementations
• Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
