Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations, and must be able to work in a collaborative environment with analysts, admins, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Design, code (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, etc.), test, and deploy custom applications, features, and integrations.
  • Customization: Configure workflows, objects, fields, and other platform elements to align with business processes.
  • Integration: Connect Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Collaboration: Work with BAs, PMs, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, maintain security, and provide technical training.
  • Optimization: Improve performance, scalability, and user experience on the platform.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proficiency in Apex Programming Language

  • Proficiency in Design & Build Enablement

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development or CRM-related roles

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model

  • Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce DX, and version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Sound knowledge of - APEX , LWC, Screen flows , Triggers , Data modeling , Data security.

    Good to have - Salesforce Admin + Other cloud knowledge

    Clouds - sales , Service , experience / commerce (B2B) lightning

    Tools - Git , Bitbucket, Jinkins , VS code , data loader etc.

    Integration - Rest , SOAP , Batch etc.

    Frontend - HTML , CSS , JS

    Deployment - Sound to perform deployments.

    Documents- table to review backlog and writing technical stories.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master proficiency in Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Expert proficiency in Build Management

  • Expert proficiency in Configuration & Setup

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

    • Salesforce Administrator

    • Salesforce App Builder

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar)

  • Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
