Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, testing, and supporting Salesforce applications. The role requires strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, automation, deployment, DevOps, AI features (Einstein), Omni-Channel, and third-party system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Create and modify controllers, triggers, workflows, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and security.
• Develop custom applications and integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and production migration.
• Enhance existing Salesforce modules and implement new features.
• Manage Salesforce Omni-Channel configuration.
• Support bug fixing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Develop REST & SOAP API integrations.
• Work closely with Business Users, Salesforce Administrators, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering teams.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Migrate Process Builder to Salesforce Flow.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein.
• Implement payment gateway integrations and digital signature solutions.
• Follow Agile methodology and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
