Responsibilities
1.To build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
2.Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
3.Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
4.Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.
5.Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
6.Responsible in Migration from Sandbox (Testing Environment) to Production (Live System).
7.To perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
8.Enhancement of Standard & Custom Module within Salesforce.com Platform.
9.Meet with users to determine functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
10.Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
11.Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
12.Act as a point of escalation for any technical support and issue resolution.
