About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build and scale robust CI/CD and release processes for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation. This role blends DevOps automation expertise with Salesforce deployment knowledge to ensure reliable, traceable, and high-quality releases across environments.
What You'll Do
- Drive DevOps and release strategy for global Salesforce implementations
- Design & manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI)
- Implement validation deploys, automated testing, and quality gates
- Define branching strategy, environment management, and release governance
- Handle deployments, approvals, rollback, and hotfix processes
- Troubleshoot deployment issues (metadata dependencies, test failures, permissions)
- Enforce DevOps best practices (PR policies, auditability, secrets management)
- Continuously improve release speed, stability, and developer experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in DevOps / Release Engineering, preferably with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployments (metadata, sandboxes, Apex testing, dependencies)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with quality gates, automated testing, and code reviews
- Knowledge of authentication & secrets management (e.g., Key Vault)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Professional proficiency in English
