Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Platform Developer with over 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform including Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, integrations, and event-driven architecture.
This role will work closely with Salesforce Platform lead , developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ environments.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Development
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Develop advanced Record Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
Integration & Event Driven Architecture
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
- Build event-driven solutions using Salesforce Platform Events.
- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems such as ERP, middleware, and third-party services.
- Implement secure integrations using OAuth and Named Credentials.
Lightning Experience & UI Development
- Develop reusable and scalable UI components using Lightning Web Components.
- Optimize Lightning Experience user interfaces and performance.
- Implement best practices aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
Salesforce Cloud Expertise Required

Required Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience working with Platform Events and event-driven architecture.
- Extensive implementation experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ and flows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Sales, Service Certification.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Experience working in mid and large enterprise Salesforce environments.
