Salesforce QA Engineer

An esteemed and well-established organisation is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to join its growing team in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity for a QA professional with Salesforce experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions and seamless user experiences.

The Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, identifying defects, and ensuring all enhancements and integrations meet business and technical requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams
• Validate Salesforce customisations, configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Support release and deployment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve testing processes and best practices
• Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable
  
  

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Test Analyst, or Salesforce QA professional
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and testing methodologies
• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related solutions
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not essential
