Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide Salesforce solutions tailored to their needs.
• Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
• Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, specifically with Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionality.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
• Proficient in data management and reporting within Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose effective solutions.
