Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and process mapping activities.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through Salesforce capabilities.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical/development teams.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and business process analysis.
- Experience working in multinational or regional environments is preferred.
Language Requirements
- Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and documentation in both Vietnamese and English.
