Salesforce Team Lead (Delivery)

Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Team Lead (Delivery) to oversee our Salesforce projects in the Southeast Asia region. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development and project management, as you will lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Salesforce best practices and development techniques.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create user documentation to support adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize Salesforce usage and enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 9-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data quality, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
