What we're looking for:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with a development background to

support the delivery and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.

This role is primarily development-focused, requiring hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), alongside a good understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities.

You will work closely with senior consultants, architects, and functional team members to build,

customise, and support Salesforce solutions, translating defined requirements into scalable technical implementations.

This is not a client-facing solutioning role, but rather a delivery and support role within project teams.

What you may need to succeed:

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience working in implementation or support projects

Technical Expertise (Core Requirement)

• Strong Apex development: Triggers, classes, batch, queueable, future methods
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): JavaScript (ES6+), event handling, data binding
• Strong understanding of: SOQL/SOSL, Governor limits and bulkification, Salesforce security model (CRUD/FLS, sharing)

Declarative / Functional Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with: Flows (including record-triggered flows), Validation rules, Reports

and dashboards

• Good understanding of standard Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

Integration (Good to Have)

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Exposure to middleware tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
• Basic understanding of integration patterns

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
• Familiarity with design patterns (trigger frameworks, service layers)

What you'll be doing:

Development & Technical Delivery

1.Design and develop Salesforce solutions using:

• Apex (triggers, batch classes, queueable/future methods)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Write clean, scalable, and bulkified code aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Ensure solutions are compliant with governor limits, security, and performance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues
• Support deployment activities across environments
• Configuration & Functional Support

2.Configure Salesforce using declarative tools:

• Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards
• Implement changes based on defined solution designs and user stories
• Support data migration, testing (unit/UAT), and release cycles
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist in maintaining system integrity and handling enhancement requests

3.Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Collaborate with architects, senior developers, and functional consultants on solution implementation
• Contribute to technical design discussions and provide input on feasibility and approach
• Document technical solutions and maintain clear code documentation
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
