Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Responsibilities include promoting AEON Credit's financial products and services, building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and identifying customer financial needs. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular collaboration with team members and communication with clients will also form an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Knowledge of Financial Products and Services, and Adaptability in Learning New Solutions
- Ability to Maintain Professionalism and Customer Focus in High-Pressure Situations
- Competence in Organizational Skills and Time Management for Meeting Targets
- Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
