Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at BP Synergy Pharm Sdn Bhd. The Salesperson will engage prospective and existing customers, present product features and benefits, and provide tailored recommendations that align with individual health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting virtual product demonstrations, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs, and using digital tools to support sales activities and customer communication. The Salesperson is expected to uphold the company's values of social responsibility, innovation, and customer-centric service in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment.
  • Experience using digital tools and CRM or sales management software to track leads, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to explain product benefits clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Interest or background in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical products; prior experience in a related industry is an advantage.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share market feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • High level of integrity, customer focus, and cultural sensitivity in working with multi-racial and cross-border teams.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but candidates with strong practical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
