Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team on-site in Puchong. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and presenting product solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability in sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Market research and analysis skills to identify potential opportunities and trends
• Good understanding of the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or sweetener industries is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales or a related field is highly advantageous
