Role Description
We are seeking a Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities will include providing product recommendations, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and company offerings. Collaboration with the team and proactive client engagement are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and account management
- Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends is an advantage
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving ability and a goal-oriented mindset
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings when necessary
