Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will actively identify and engage prospective customers, build relationships, and generate leads. They will present and communicate the benefits of ICEL's logistics services to prospective clients while maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets, along with providing exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
  • Strong abilities in Negotiation, Networking, and Relationship Building.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategy Development.
  • Customer-Focused mindset with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
  • Experience in logistics, healthcare, or medical industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
