一、Job Responsibilities
1.Execute the company's sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
2.Conduct regular customer visits, respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs, and maintain good customer relationships.
3.Collect customer feedback, coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues related to commercial terms, delivery, quality, etc.
4.Assist the sales manager in market development, responsible for customer requirement alignment, information collection to support the expansion of new customers and new projects.
5.Follow up on the entire order process from order entry, production scheduling, shipping arrangements to after-sales support, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
6.Collaborate with production, logistics, technical, and other departments to resolve issues during order execution.
7.Manage customer sample requests, follow up sample submission progress, and track customer feedback.
二、Requirements
0.Educational
Degree and above
1.Major
Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Chemical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
2.Experience
1-3 years of industrial sales experience; experience in chemical, lithium battery materials or related industries is preferred.
Familiar with the local markets; existing network with local battery manufacturers is highly preferred.
3.Skills
Strong commercial negotiation skills and customer communication techniques.
Familiar with Incoterms and basic import/export procedures.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
4.Personal Competencies
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
Result-oriented, with strong stress tolerance and execution ability
Strong service mindset, able to maintain long-term customer relationships.
