Position : Sales Supervisor
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia
Salary : RM2000 - RM2500 + incentives + allowance | Negotiable
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our growing FMCG distribution team. This is a full-time role based in Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, with regular market visits across towns within Sabah.
Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing territory sales performance and supervising the sales and merchandising team to ensure strong retail execution and market coverage.
The key responsibilities, but not limited to the following :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales and merchandising team within the assigned territory
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly sales reports
- Coordinate and execute approved marketing and promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and stock availability
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution
Requirements
- 25 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG sales
- Proven track record in sales performance
- Proficient in using smart devices and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin
- Good understanding of FMCG retail operations
- Valid driving licence
