Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and engage the sanitation team to achieve standards in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost.
- Direct and manage sanitation management teams to ensure effective cleaning of production equipment and facilities.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team competencies aligned with Operational Excellence goals.
- Ensure sanitation SOPs are flawlessly executed and that sanitation conditions and quality levels are met.
- Plan and allocate plant resources to meet daily sanitation needs within budget.
- Troubleshoot sanitation deviations and resolve issues affecting operation performance.
- Ensure the facility is cleaned to meet FSQA and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all processes and equipment comply with internal and external regulations.
- Support continuous improvement in Food Safety and Quality programs.
- Promote growth mindset and continuous improvement behaviors that enhance Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records related to sanitation quality and efficiency.
- Ensure timely reporting of sanitation performance, rootcause analyses, and corrective actions.
Qualifications/EXPERIENCE
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent
- Preferred: Degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing/production environment with sanitation exposure
- Experience applying HACCP, sanitation principles, and working with COP/CIP systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot sanitation issues impacting OEE and production performance.
- Knowledge of microbiological principles relevant to sanitation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
