SAP ABAP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP S/4HANA country implementation, safeguarding the global template and design, overseeing process governance, process optimization, system enhancement and maintaining the knowledge centre.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions across RICEF objects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects through all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Design & develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Adhere to change control governance and CAB process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

Confirmed Level

• Hands-on and applicable knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 -7 years working experience in SAP ABAP development on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA. Proven experience in RICEF development. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end project implementation of relevant SAP module on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Experienced in cross-functional integration to other modules (FI, SD, MM, SD, PP and QM).
• SAP ABAP certified.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Senior Level

• Hands-on and applicable knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools would be an added advantage.
• Above 8 years working experience in SAP ABAP development on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA. Proven experience in RICEF development. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end project implementation of relevant SAP module on SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA.
• Experienced in cross-functional integration to other modules (FI, SD, MM, SD, PP and QM).
• SAP ABAP certified.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
