ABAP & S/4HANA Development

Develop and support custom SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP, including reports, integrations, APIs, Fiori backend services, and modern SAP technologies while following SAP clean-core standards.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

Optimize ABAP and SAP HANA performance, troubleshoot production issues, and modernize legacy code using SAP best practices and root-cause analysis.

BTP & Modern SAP Development

Develop modern SAP cloud solutions using SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, OData, and S/4HANA extensibility following SAP best practices for performance and security.

AI-Assisted SAP Development

Use SAP and AI-powered development tools to accelerate SAP solution delivery, improve productivity, and build modern AI-enabled applications on SAP BTP.

Industry Solutions Delivery

Deliver SAP solutions for retail and manufacturing clients, including system integrations, data management, reporting, and business process improvements.

Project Delivery & Leadership

Lead and support SAP development projects, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, manage technical deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.

MUST TO HAVE:

-Min 8 years of SAP ABAP/S/4HANA consulting experience, with focus on technical development, integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills

-Hands-on experience in SAP BTP and projects for retail or manufacturing industry

-Deep ABAP expertise such as OOABAP, BAPI/BAdI/user exits, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, IDoc, dialog programming, workflow.

-Min 5 full-project-cycle experience
