Sap ABAP Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and remediate custom ABAP programs for SAP S/4HANA compatibility
• Optimize code for performance and remove obsolete objects
• Support pre-upgrade activities (transport cleanup, object activation)
• Assist in upgrading integrated systems (GTS, Vistex, Ariba, OpenText)
• Develop and enhance RICEFW objects aligned to upgrade scope
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, code reviews)
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA 2025 upgrade best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience (2020+)
• Strong knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, and GTS modules
• Expertise in CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Fiori integration
• Solid experience in RICEFW objects
• Familiar with upgrade tools (SUM, Maintenance Planner)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Experience with integrations (PI/PO, Vistex, Ariba, OpenText VIM/CIC)
