Role Title: SAP ALM Consultant (Level 2 Operations)

About the Role: We are establishing a new ALM Factory Team to support our international customers. We are looking for dedicated Level 2 Support Consultants to handle operational monitoring, incident management, and interface analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from classic SAP Solution Manager experience into the new world of SAP Cloud ALM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: Perform daily system monitoring, interface monitoring, and channel monitoring for private and public cloud environments.
  • Incident Management: Process and resolve Level 2 tickets efficiently using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Analysis: Analyze alerts and technical issues within the SAP landscape and initiate predefined resolution steps.
  • Maintenance: Execute standard service requests and ensure system health based on defined playbooks.
  • Documentation: Maintain operational logs and update knowledge base articles.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT Support (Level 2), Application Management, or SAP Operations.
  • Tool Knowledge (Must-have): Solid experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and/or SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). You know how to handle incidents and alerts professionally.
  • Tool Knowledge (Nice-to-have): First exposure to or certification in SAP Cloud ALM is a strong plus.
  • Mindset: Structured way of working, ability to handle repetitive tasks with high precision (Factory approach), and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
