SAP Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operations of the Sales Order and Billing processes within the supply chain environment.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems.
• Investigate and resolve business and system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business users to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external systems.
• Support project implementation activities and system upgrades when required.
• Be flexible to support shift arrangements based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in SAP SD module support, operations, or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, particularly Sales Order and Billing operations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD functional configuration and front-end business operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ABAP development or debugging.
• Familiarity with system integration technologies such as IDoc and EDI.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, and Splunk is an advantage.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
