The opportunity
You will be working on projects that are cross borders and sectors with a high performing team, by either supporting or implementing SAP solutions for our clients. Your key responsibilities
- Lead SAP Ariba implementation and enhancement projects.
- Gather and analyze procurement business requirements.
- Configure Ariba modules based on business needs.
- Design and execute procurement transformation initiatives.
- Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
- Support testing activities and issue resolution.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on cross-border projects.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations
- Exposure to regional or global transformation projects
- Consulting experience with Big 4, SI, or global consulting firms
- Ability to engage with C-suite and procurement leaders
- Strong business process improvement mindset
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across countries
- Willingness to mentor junior consultants and lead workstreams
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 –10 years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Ariba Network.
- Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Participation in at least one end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation project.
- SAP Ariba certification is an advantage.
