SAP Ariba Functional - Procurement

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to guide successful outcomes.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to support project goals.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support change efforts by facilitating communication and adoption of new processes.
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project delivery.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and transformation projects.
• Conduct business process analysis and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Collaborate with supplier enablement teams to support supplier onboarding and adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in SAP Ariba.
Intermediate proficiency in SAP Procurement.
A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Intermediate proficiency in Responsive and Adaptive Design.
Intermediate proficiency in Solution Architecture.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.
Beginner proficiency in Data Visualization.
