Join our team as an SAP Authorization Architect and lead the implementation of advanced security and authorization solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and related systems for our client from the pharmaceutical industry. Your tasks
- Implementing complex authorization and security solutions in SAP S/4HANA, cloud systems, custom developments, and interfaces
- Providing strategic guidance on SAP security solutions to project teams and business process owners as a subject-matter expert
- Maintaining and enhancing processes for emergency access, user provisioning, and audit response
- Reviewing and validating authorization changes to ensure system stability and compliance
- Introducing new methods and improvements for SAP security and authorization
- Supporting the professional development of the authorization team members through mentoring
- Translating security requirements into practical technical solutions in collaboration with teams and vendors
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Authorization experience with 12 full implementation cycles
- At least 6 years of professional experience with SAP security solutions (ERP, EP, BW, HANA, GRC)
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, SAP security concepts, and audit guidelines
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) role setup and authorization concepts
- Proven track record in key technical roles (SME, Solution Architect, Tech Lead)
- Leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced English

- SAP Certification in User Administration/Authorizations
