Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to manage, maintain, and support SAP systems landscapes. The candidate will be responsible for SAP installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, system monitoring, and ensuring high availability of SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.)

Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates

Manage SAP transports across DEV, QA, and PROD environments

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal system availability

Perform system refreshes, client copies, and backup/restore activities

Handle SAP user administration and role management

Troubleshoot SAP BASIS-related issues and coordinate with functional/technical teams

Configure and manage SAP HANA database (if applicable)

Ensure system security, audit compliance, and patch management

Support disaster recovery planning and high availability setup

Work closely with infrastructure teams for OS, DB, and network-related tasks

Document system configurations and maintain technical documentation.
