SAP BPA Senior Consultant

We're Hiring: SAP BPA Senior Consultant | 3-Month Extendable Contract | Remote

Work Mode: Remote (working hours aligned to Malaysia Standard Time)

Contract Duration: December 2025 February 2026 (Highly extendable)

Eligibility: Open to Malaysian, Indonesian, and Filipino nationals (as per client requirement)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) Consultant to support a consulting client based in Malaysia.

You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize SAP BPA / RPA solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement RPA solutions using SAP Build Process Automation (BPA)

Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility

Develop bots for both low- and high-complexity processes, including document understanding and integrations

Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows for scalability and performance

Conduct process assessments, document automation scope, and calculate FTE savings

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and control standards

Prepare technical documentation and deliver user training when required

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPA

Strong understanding of RPA architecture, deployment models, and lifecycle management

Experience with business process mapping

Familiarity with AI integration in automation workflows (advantageous)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
