SAP BTP & Cloud ALM Lead

The SAP BTP Lead is accountable for the ownership, governance, service management, and strategic evolution of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud ALM across the organization. This role serves as the platform owner for all SAP BTP services, applications, extensions, integrations, automations, AI capabilities, and SAP Cloud ALM capabilities supporting the SAP application lifecycle.

The SAP BTP & Cloud ALM Lead is accountable for:

- Enterprise ownership of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM platforms.

- Platform strategy, roadmap, and service evolution.

- Governance, standards, and compliance.

- Platform adoption and value realization.

- AMS provider performance and service quality.

- Security, risk management, and operational excellence.

- Budget, licensing, and consumption management.

- Integration of Cloud ALM into the SAP operating model.

- Alignment of platform capabilities with business and IT objectives.
