Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP AMS (Application Management Support) Consultant for a 12-month onsite engagement in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur. The consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing SAP production support, incident resolution, system enhancements, and continuous improvement within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 Application Management Support for SAP systems.

Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests within SLA timelines.

Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Support change requests, enhancements, and minor developments.

Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.

Perform impact analysis for new changes and enhancements.

Support integration issues between SAP and third-party systems.

Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and transport management.

Maintain proper documentation for support activities and system changes.

Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with IT governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of SAP experience in AMS/Production Support environments.

Strong hands-on experience in at least one core SAP module (FICO / MM / SD / PP / HCM / Basis / ABAP depending on specialization).

Experience working in SLA-driven support environments.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Knowledge of SAP transport management and change management processes.

Familiarity with ITIL processes is preferred.

Good communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Experience supporting S/4HANA environment is an added advantage.
